Colton Conley was raised on a small, family-owned beef production farm in central Louisiana. Ever since he was able to walk his grandpa has allowed him to take part in farming, and his love for the industry has continued to grow ever since. He is currently a sophomore at Louisiana Tech University majoring in Agricultural Business and is seeking to pursue a career as an agricultural lobbyist where he will continue to advocate on behalf of farmers all across the country.

Throughout his time in the FFA, Colton has had the chance to experience what it is like to be inspired and influenced by National Officers and other leaders within the organization. He is driven to establish genuine connections with members through servant leadership, and he hopes to show students from all backgrounds that there is a place in the FFA, and the agricultural industry, for everyone.
