Emily Nevils is from the small town of Winnfield, Louisiana. Living in a rural community has instilled in Emily the importance of charity and service as she strives to take advantage of every opportunity available. She is a current senior at Winnfield Senior High School where she serves as the Student Advisor for her Chapter, co-captain of the WSHS Cheer Team, and the Beta Club reporter. Emily is also thoroughly involved in other organizations including the Louisiana Youth Advisory Council, 4-H, FBLA, YVC, Anchor Club, and NHS. Throughout her journey in FFA, Emily has competed in CDEs and LDEs including Forestry, Poultry Evaluation, Employment Skills, Parliamentary Procedure, and Extemporaneous Speaking. Following high school, Emily hopes to attend Vanderbilt University to major in Public Policy on a pre-law track. Emily is incredibly proud and ecstatic to be serving as our 2024-2025 State Vice President representing Area II!
