Kinzie Brassell is from the small town of Lacassine, Louisiana where the tallest building is a rice dryer! As a senior at Lacassine High School, Kinzie loves to stay busy. She is an active member of her Beta, 4-H, FBLA, Student Council, FCA, Library Club, and French Club. She is a cross-country runner and throws the shot put and discus for track. Outside of school, she loves to spend her time in the livestock show barn working with pigs or dairy cows. If she’s not in her boots, she’s in her ballet shoes spending her Monday nights at Rosie’s Dance Center. In addition to these activities, Kinzie has found a home within Louisiana FFA. Throughout the past four years, she has been able to compete in Creed Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking, and Livestock Judging and served for two years as the Area III Federation President and her Chapter’s Student Advisor. She hopes to continue her education at Louisiana State University majoring in Agricultural Business then plans to attend Tulane Law School aspiring to one day be back in Baton Rouge working in the Louisiana State Capitol. Kinzie is proud to serve as our 2024-2025 State Secretary!
