Olivia Starks is from the village of Choudrant, Louisiana, and is currently a senior at Choudrant High School. She is actively involved in FCA, Student Council, and 4-H, as well as varsity athletics, including golf, track and field, and cross country. This year, she also has the privilege of serving as Miss Lincoln Parish Farm Bureau.

Olivia has been an active member of the FFA since the seventh grade and has served in numerous leadership roles at both the chapter and area levels. She served as Chapter President during her seventh and eighth grade years at Ruston Junior High School. As a freshman, she served as both Chapter and Area I Junior Vice President for Ruston High School and the Louisiana Area I Federation. She went on to serve as Area I Parliamentarian during her sophomore year and later as Area I President and Choudrant FFA Chapter President during her junior year. She is currently serving her second term as Chapter President during her senior year.

In the classroom, Olivia trains teams for Career Development Events (CDEs) such as Milk Quality and Poultry Evaluation. Throughout her FFA career, she has competed at both the area and state levels, earning State Runner-Up honors in eighth grade. Her favorite competitions, however, take place during Leadership Development Event (LDE) season. Olivia has competed in Creed Speaking, Geaux Teach Ag, Prepared Public Speaking, and Parliamentary Law, where she and her team were named Area I Champions and advanced to the state contest this past year.

Outside of FFA, Olivia enjoys attending church, playing pickleball, exploring small-town coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.

Olivia is beyond excited to fulfill a lifelong dream of serving as a Louisiana FFA State Officer and looks forward to serving the members of Louisiana as the 2026-2027 State Secretary.
