Tracee Wickham calls West Monroe, Louisiana, home, a community best known as the birthplace of Duck Commander. She is also proud to call it home as she serves as the 2026-2027 Louisiana FFA State President. Tracee is a senior at West Ouachita High School, where she is actively involved in the West Ouachita FFA Chapter, Fellowship of Christian Students, National Honor Society, and Digital Media.

Throughout high school, Tracee has served in numerous leadership roles within the FFA, including Greenhand President, Chapter Reporter, Chapter Vice President, and Chapter President. She also recently completed a year of service as the 2025-2026 Area I Secretary, representing members across northeast Louisiana.

During her FFA career, Tracee has competed in a variety of Career and Leadership Development Events, including Floriculture, Prepared Public Speaking, Meat Evaluation and Technology, Geaux Teach Ag, and Food Science and Technology. Alongside her Food Science team, she earned second place at the 2025-2026 Louisiana FFA State Convention. In addition to her competitive experiences, Tracee served as a National FFA in the USA Reporter, where she shared stories highlighting the unique experiences of Louisiana FFA members and the impact of agricultural education across the state.

Tracee has also excelled academically through the Louisiana High School Literary Rally. She competed in the Agriscience I, Agriscience II, and Agriscience III categories, earning top honors at the district level and placing fourth in the state competition in both Agriscience I and Agriscience II.

As she enters her senior year, Tracee is looking forward to continuing her journey in agricultural education. She plans to attend Louisiana Tech University and pursue a career as an agriscience teacher, inspiring future generations of agricultural leaders.

Tracee is honored to serve the members of the Louisiana FFA Association as the 2026-2027 State President and is excited to help students discover their potential through leadership, personal growth, and agricultural education.
