Zachary Bailey is from Pioneer, Louisiana, and is a senior at Delhi Charter School. He is an active member of the DCS FFA Chapter, where he currently serves as Chapter President. In addition to his involvement in FFA, Zachary is a dedicated member of 4-H and competes on the DCS Livestock Show Team, exhibiting Brown Swiss dairy cattle.

Throughout his FFA career, Zachary has competed in a variety of Leadership Development Events (LDEs) and Career Development Events (CDEs), including Extemporaneous Speaking, Land Judging, and Veterinary Science. His Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) program has provided opportunities to complete proficiency applications in Diversified Crop Production, Dairy Production, Fiber and Oil Crop Production, Grain Production, and Diversified Agricultural Production.

Zachary has served in several leadership roles within both his chapter and the Area I Federation. He served as Chapter President during the 2023-2024 school year and was elected to serve again for 2026-2027. He also served as Chapter Vice President during the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years. In addition, Zachary had the honor of serving the Louisiana FFA Association as the 2025-2026 Area I Federation Vice President.

Through his experiences in agricultural education, leadership development, and service, Zachary has developed a deep appreciation for the impact FFA has on students across Louisiana. He is proud to represent the Louisiana FFA Association and is committed to serving its members with integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion for agricultural education as a member of the 2026-2027 Louisiana FFA State Officer Team.
