STATE LEADERSHIP DELEGATES CONFERENCE (SLDC)
OVERVIEW
Student leadership is at the heart of FFA, and State Leadership Delegates Conference ensures a grassroots approach to business in Louisiana FFA. At SLDC, Area Officers receive training on the delegate process and effective committee facilitation. After discussion, a collection of issues submitted by chapters are considered, and four are selected to become delegate committees at State Convention. This committee process gives chapters and members a strong voice in determining the direction of Louisiana FFA.
