Competitive Events

Six competitive events are held at State Convention each year. They are:

• Agriscience Fair
• Career Development Events (CDEs)
  • Agricultural Issues Forum
  • Conduct of Chapter Meetings
  • Farm and Agribusiness Management
  • Food Science and Technology
  • Marketing Plan

The winners of each Agriscience Fair category and each of the CDEs go on to compete at the National FFA Convention in October.
