Food Bank of Central Louisiana
The food bank of central Louisiana considers volunteers the heart of their operation. Their mission is to alleviate hunger in central Louisiana. FFA members will help by sorting items, packaging food “backpacks”, and labeling cans.
Transportation to and from the food bank must be provided by FFA chapters.
-Special Instructions:
1. No flipflops
2. No food, drinks, or gum
3. No cell phones
4. No backpacks or purses
5. No eating of the food on the site
6. Your chapter must provide a minimum of 1 adult chaperone per 10 members
Demonstration Garden at the Food Bank of Central Louisiana
Dress comfortably for the heat.
Transportation to and from the food bank must be provided by FFA chapters.

1. Closed-toed shoes
2. Bring work gloves
3. Water or another drink
4. Long pants are recommended
5. Your chapter must provide a minimum of 1 adult chaperone per 10 members
